I'm about six months in, and it's been a wild ride! I'm prioritizing how clothes fit now instead of picking things to hide my shape. Big change!

    Survo vs Cagri: Your Thoughts?

It has for me, and I'm on the same doses as LosingtheLabrador. Survo is weird; it feels like it's doing nothing, but if you accidentally double your dose, you REALLY notice it. It affects your mind more than your body. I doubled my dose a while back because I was annoyed it wasn't helping my...

    Survo vs Cagri: Your Thoughts?

I started in early October, stacking 0.3mg with 5mg of tirzepatide. Last week, I upped my tirzepatide to 7mg, and today's my Survo day. I went to 0.6mg. I've got a slight headache. I think it's helping with the tirzepatide fatigue. It seems to make a small difference, but it's tough to say for...

    Reta messing with my sleep??

I tried a higher dose of Ipamorelin before bed once, and it gave me the worst sleep ever. Felt like I had way too much caffeine. Maybe something similar is happening with your Reta? Try lowering the dose, Nerdy_xx?

    Reta messing with my sleep??

    I've had similar issues. A low-dose, extended-release melatonin helps a bit, but it's not a perfect fix.

    GLP-1 check-in: How's it going?

From what I read, it's all about building sustainable habits. Not just dieting *at* the weight you want to be, but changing your lifestyle so you KEEP losing weight until you're in maintenance mode.

    Energy Boost Stack?

I'm 68 and prostate health is something I think about. I've had minor prostate issues, but I'm interested in maintaining a healthy prostate. Many of the conventional treatments reduce DHT, which is bad for overall male health. Has anyone looked into the Prostamax peptide?

    Energy Boost Stack?

A sleep study is necessary to know what's going on with your sleep. The fact that you were on a BiPAP suggests your sleep apnea is pretty bad.

    Ozempic: $5 to make?!

exactly! That's why drug development is so risky, but the payoff can be HUGE.

    Ozempic: $5 to make?!

Here's another thought: instead of complaining, profit from this knowledge. I realized these GLP-1 drugs are a big deal, so a year ago when I started Mounjaro, I snagged some Eli Lilly stock. Guess what? It's up almost 50%.
