    Jiu-Jitsu recovery boosters?

Hearing stories like this pushed me to finally start using BPC yesterday. I've been holding onto some since April. I guess I was both lazy and skeptical. Cissus quadrangularis is another option for tendons and ligaments. It's used for diabetes, regeneration, and other stuff.

    Sema + life changes = size 8!

At that size yeah 2600 calories checks out. Hard to speculate without real numbers in and out though. Not simple but not rocket science with unknown variables. DEXA scans are solid for baseline body composition and tracking changes.

Cheapest way to pay outta pocket?

With the coupon, it's around $350 for the 1.0 mg or roughly $500 for a 2.0 dose. Since you can measure doses, the 1.0 will give you 8.5 doses of .5 mg and the 2.0 will give 8.5 doses of 1.0 mg.

Vit D and weight loss - related?

Yeah, plateaus are the WORST. I've been there. I was stuck for nearly four months! What finally worked for me was adding weight training to my routine, along with more cardio. Also, my doctor increased my dose. It was a combo of things, but it finally got the scale moving again. Don't give up!

Tirz insomnia--is it what's added to it?

I'm so tired on sema! I wonder if it's the not eating as much issue. Anyone else have this? I've dropped about 25 pounds since I started.

    Mounjaro magic!

I've lost almost 90 lbs in about a year and a half on sema. It's been amazing! I feel so much better. The only downside is my brain still sees the old me, and clothes sizing is weird now!

    Oprah's take on obesity?

I totally agree with Bobby58. It's like the meds just quiet all the food noise. I don't obsess or even think about food most of the time now.

    Oprah's take on obesity?

I'm the same way. The foods I used to crave are now just an after-thought, undesirable even. Which is great.

My Ozempic Journey - Holy Cow!

Congrats! I'm down about 80 pounds since last summer by eating lots of protein, little carbs, and working out maybe 4-5 times a week (cardio + weights). I'm trying to go down on my dose now... was at 1mg, now doing .75mg. Next is 0.50mg... I hope it will work. I want to get off of this stuff!

    Halfway to Onederland!

Hey Stevie_1997, for the sulfur burps, try smaller meals and avoid really greasy foods. It can get better over time as your body adjusts. Probiotics might help too!

    Down 45lbs & feeling great!

It's such a great feeling to see progress! I totally agree with GutCrew about focusing on body fat. I've been using the same scale every morning after I wake up, and I've been tracking the trends in a spreadsheet. It helps me stay motivated to see the numbers going in the right direction!
