    I feel that! I've dropped about 45 pounds and sometimes I still grab clothes that are way too big for me because I don't think I'll fit into the right size.

    Yeah, I've been off for about 2 months and I've gained weight. It's been up and down, like a 7-8 pound swing. It's really discouraging. I can restart my GLP-1 after my procedure at the end of the month, thankfully.

    Has anyone used sermorelin to help build muscle while losing weight? I'm trying to drop some fat but also want to maintain as much muscle as possible. I saw someone mention it helped them on their weight loss journey.

    This might be a dumb question but when you say prioritize protein, how much are we talking? I am 220 lbs and trying to lose. I feel full fast on my injections and sometimes barely hit 60g a day. I have never lifted before so that part scares me.

    How long have you been in maintenance? I've been trying to maintain for about a year, but even with a lower dose or spacing out the injections, I can't seem to keep the weight off. I just get super hungry again so fast.
