    Ozempic Journey: 130lbs Gone!

I agree, It's not a magic bullet, but it can provide a significant metabolic assist. People often overlook the physiological impact on appetite regulation and satiety.

Ozempic: Down 84 lbs in 4 months!

My brother's doing one meal a day too, and I'm concerned he's not getting enough nutrients. Seems like it'd be hard to absorb everything you need from just one meal.

    Ozempic Journey: 130lbs Gone!

I need to do that... I need to aim for 10k steps a day. I barely hit 300 daily. I have agoraphobia, but maybe an elliptical or treadmill is the answer. You're doing such a good thing for yourself. Admire your dedication to embracing a healthier lifestyle. Way to go!

    PT-141: Does it *mean* something?

I've seen that too, Fit_Path. I read that Kisspeptin acts like GnRH, stimulating the pituitary to release LH and FSH. I wonder if it's effective for secondary hypogonadism? I'm curious if anyone has seen it compounded.

    PT-141: Does it *mean* something?

How's Trimix working for you? I've been using PT-141 pretty regularly and it seems to be losing its effectiveness. I use it on weekends, injecting around 4 PM to try and time it for 11 PM, but the timing isn't predictable.

I agree. Seeing the changes in body fat vs. muscle mass would be interesting. It's not just about the number on the scale!

    GLP-1s & my liver's like, YES!

Great work! I've got similar bloodwork improvements recently, after about two months on tirzepatide. My doctor was really happy with the results. I've even stopped taking allopurinol (low dose) and I'm curious to see if my uric acid changes on the next blood test. Here are my before/afters...

It's amazing how different this medication affects everyone. Some folks shed pounds quickly, others need higher doses or longer time. Are you sure your injection technique is correct, GastricBypass99?

    CagriSema for weight maintenance?

Why not just keep taking tirz? It's not as expensive as it used to be.

    Coming off GLP-1s: Success!

Yeah, I see what Nicky2008 means. Maintaining portion control IS a rule, even if it's a flexible one. It's still a conscious effort to regulate intake.
