    Generic Ozempic coming to Canada?

PCAB Accreditation and registration with the FDA as an outsourcing facility are good signs. PCAB Accreditation means they meet USP 797 standards, and FDA registration means they follow similar cGMP standards as big pharma.

    Generic Ozempic coming to Canada?

Yep, looks like the patent protection for semaglutide is expiring in Canada next year. I'm sure there are generic manufacturers lining up to launch their versions. Should be interesting to watch how this impacts Wegovy usage.

    Were my peps watered down?

Thanks everyone! Sounds like I was probably overthinking it.

    Were my peps watered down?

It was filled to about 32 mg instead of 30, so I knew it might be a little stronger after mixing. I've reached my goal weight, so I went from a 10 mg dose to 7.5 mg from another source, and it still felt stronger. Maybe it's all in my head.

    Were my peps watered down?

So, when I was getting my tirz from a local compounding place, it seemed like I was getting an extra dose or so out of each vial. Now that I'm using stuff from another source, it feels noticeably stronger. I initally assumed the pharmacy was hooking me up, but now I'm second-guessing if they...

    Ozempic: Celebrating Progress 💪

You look amazing. I'm taking it slow as well, but I can feel the changes in my body. My horrible knee pain decreased by maybe 75 percent after my initial injection. It's like it had an anti-inflammatory effect on my joints. A surprise, but welcome!

    Wegovy progress - check it!

Started at 550, now I'm at 205. I'm about 5'10". Been on Wegovy since early '22. I try to stick to ~1500 cals and at least 100g protein daily. Finally dug up a before pic. It's wild.

    Semaglutide side effects decoded

Semaglutide Side Effects: What to Expect, Why They Happen, and How to Handle Them I have been on GLP-1 medications for a while now and have spent a lot of time reading studies, following patient experiences, and watching how different bodies respond. Semaglutide (Ozempic/Wegovy) can be...

    Ipa is my jam!

I have a couple of good sources, but I really hope they don't stop making ipamorelin. I thought it was in phase 3 trials and it's weird that the FDA hasn't approved it. Sermorelin is like mod GRF 1-29, I agree. Besides side effects, I didn't get much from it either. I might just toss what's...

    Ipa is my jam!

Thanks for the info! It's been working wonders for me so far. I wonder if adding back the modified GRF at a super low dose, like 50mcg a day, would be even better? Maybe I'll try it in a couple weeks. I've read a bunch of logs and it seems like it's different for everyone. I didn't get any...

    Ipa is my jam!

So, I was on some modified GRF 1-29 with ipamorelin. My sports doc, unfortunately, left for another country last fall. My T levels were still good then, around 680 free, so no TRT for me yet. I was doing prolotherapy and PRP because a chiropractor messed up my ligaments pretty badly. I used the...
