Ipa is my jam!

So, I was on some modified GRF 1-29 with ipamorelin. My sports doc, unfortunately, left for another country last fall. My T levels were still good then, around 680 free, so no TRT for me yet.

I was doing prolotherapy and PRP because a chiropractor messed up my ligaments pretty badly. I used the modified GRF and ipamorelin to help with healing, and also for some anti-aging benefits since I'm 50. I tried MK677 before, but the side effects were awful.

Last summer, after starting the modified GRF, I felt tightness in my chest and couldn't breathe well when doing push-ups and squats. I also felt super tired. I thought it was allergies. But then it continued even in winter. About a month ago, I stopped the modified GRF and ipamorelin, and everything went back to normal. So, I tried again, this time with 100mcg of both before bed.

Boom, chest tightness and shortness of breath came back. I researched and found that modified GRF can have this side effect, though it's rare.

I quit the modified GRF and stayed only on ipamorelin, 200mcg before bed, and WOW, that was the ticket for me.

No more fatigue, no more chest tightness, workouts are great, and no more shortness of breath.

I really like ipamorelin and will stick with it from now on. Also, no water retention or pain in my hands and feet at that dose.

Thanks for the info! It's been working wonders for me so far. I wonder if adding back the modified GRF at a super low dose, like 50mcg a day, would be even better? Maybe I'll try it in a couple weeks.

I've read a bunch of logs and it seems like it's different for everyone. I didn't get any water retention or bloating from ipamorelin, unlike with MK677. I gained like 20 pounds of water and maybe some fat on that stuff.

I'm planning to stay at 200mcg per day, 5 days on and 2 days off. It's not a quick fix, and it takes at least 3 to 6 months to really see all the benefits.

Of course, diet is key. I eat mostly Mediterranean and train 4-5 days a week. But I have noticed my recovery on ipamorelin is pretty good for a 50-year-old.

I tried GHRP2 for about a month. The hunger was there, but not as bad as with MK-677, and the other sides were too much, so I stopped using it.

I didn't even want to try GHRP6; I heard it makes you super hungry.

I saw a video about ipamorelin where someone said the sweet spot is between 150-300mcg per day and it's important to do the 5/2 protocol, which I wasn't doing at first.

Ipamorelin is the only peptide I can handle, honestly. I didn't get any appetite increase or bloating, and my muscles feel great at the gym. It's a shame they're saying pharmacies can't make it anymore since it's not FDA-approved. Only sermorelin is approved, and it doesn't do much.

I have a couple of good sources, but I really hope they don't stop making ipamorelin. I thought it was in phase 3 trials and it's weird that the FDA hasn't approved it.

Sermorelin is like mod GRF 1-29, I agree. Besides side effects, I didn't get much from it either. I might just toss what's left of it.

If the FDA wants to stop compounding pharmacies from selling peptides, they'd have to deal with all the online sites selling them too. They've tried before and it just got worse. I know a few people who've made a ton of money selling peptides online. It's too big to control now.

I take Ibutmoren MK677 in pill form. It's easy to get and works for me.

My sleep is way better when I'm on it. That alone makes it worth taking regularly, with a week or two off every month or so.

Isn't the FDA primarily responsible for regulating compounding pharmacies? I'd assume that's more important than trying to prove that "research chemicals" are intended for human use. But, if a research chemical company gets negative press for harming people, they'll probably crack down. That would just make things less safe overall.

Are you guys working with a doctor for these things, or getting them from a men's clinic or online? I use a doctor for my TRT and ED meds. It feels better knowing he's on my insurance and prescribes the right amounts. The meds come from a regular pharmacy and are covered by my plan. I wouldn't buy online or go through one of those clinics or a chiropractor with a doctor signing off remotely.

It looks like he got probation. There must be more to it, or they could easily shut down the big vendors. Another point of view:

Research chemicals have a legal exemption under Title 21. As long as they're only for lab research (and there aren't many requirements for that), they're mostly unregulated. Of course, everyone knows online peptide companies are selling products for people to use, but the government can't do much if the companies don't say they're for human use.

Yeah, it was just a slap on the wrist. Tax problems and mail fraud were the main charges.

Some of you might remember DatBTrue, the peptide guru. He was making and selling peptides worldwide as Thomas Mann. WADA and the FDA were trying to stop him because a lot of Olympic and professional athletes were using his stuff. It was bigger than BALCO. Hundreds of life extension clinics started selling his clinical-grade peptides. But after trying everything, they couldn't really do anything because it would cost too much to prosecute him. There aren't really any laws to stop them.

I knew Dat pretty well and knew about his connections and how he bought his equipment, but I didn't want to be involved because he was overcharging people and badmouthing the people who helped him get started. I called him out on it and we stopped talking around 2010.

The laws are too weak. The FDA could write stronger laws, but they haven't paid much attention to this. They say they take it seriously, but they've only had a few successful prosecutions and the punishments were light.

DatbTrue basically started the peptide industry. Some of you might remember him and his forum. It turns out he wasn't dying; he was hiding because of a big investigation that didn't go anywhere. DatbTrue is gone, but Michael A. Moorcones is still alive and well somewhere in the USA. He was an attorney. No charges were ever filed.

Sounds like a movie waiting to happen like 'The Big Short' or that documentary on Nicholas Sand, the chemist who made LSD back in the day.

I'm curious about this sermorelin and GHRP2 combo I keep hearing about. My clinic sold it to me, it's like 9mg total, maybe 6mg GHRP2 and 3mg semorelin, or the other way around, I can't recall. It's mixed with 9cc of bac water. They said to inject 10 units using a diabetic syringe, but with all that water, the bottle still looks full after 3 weeks of daily injections. They didn't even do bloodwork! I'm using it for weight loss. Is there a good dosing guide somewhere?
