Expired bac water - still good?

That's awesome news for Canadians! Cheaper options will be a lifesaver. Fingers crossed we finally get a 2.0 dose option, too!

    Ozempic journey: back on track!

Honestly, HeartCoffee, I changed a few things. First, I upped my water intake significantly. Then, I focused on getting more sleep. Turns out, not sleeping enough was sabotaging my efforts! I also adjusted my macros a bit, increasing protein and lowering carbs slightly.

    Ozempic journey: back on track!

Thanks, everyone! It's been a journey, that's for sure. I think the key is to not give up when you hit those plateaus.

Started Ozempic in late 2022. Hit a wall around March, but things are moving again!

Expired bac water - still good?

Seriously? Never had any issues with contamination using old vials? I usually ditch them when they're past the date. Now I'm second-guessing myself.

    Why so much hate?

Girl, you're gorgeous. You've done so well. Congrats! Don't listen to the haters. I posted before/afters yesterday but I blurred out my face. You're braver than me!

    Why so much hate?

Screw them. If you're feeling good, that's all that matters. Being happy, healthy, and mentally sound should be your only goals. If you can say yes to all of those, who cares what some idiots think?

Feeling like a brand new me!

Been doing this over a year. Started slow for me but we didn't pack on 20, 30 pounds in a week so we can't expect quick losses either. Side effects faded after the beginning but still get that full sensation when eating. Weird thing is I'm craving sugar now and never did before. Using less than...

    Ozempic one year on!

Anyone else in the slow-loser club? Because I was the same. I didn't really start losing until I got to the full dose, which is apparently what you need for weight loss. Then I dropped 10-11 lbs the first month on that dose, and then maybe 3-4 lbs per month after that.

That's amazing! I started Mounjaro in October and I'm down from 128kg to 104kg. Getting married next summer and so glad I'm getting healthier!

I gained 150 lbs... then met her! 🤩

That's interesting! I used to get terrible migraines at least once a month. I wonder if it was related to sugar or processed foods?

    6 Month Progress!

That's a tricky question. Some people have a number in mind, but others go by body fat percentage or just how they feel. Make sure to check in with your doctor!
