Ozempic journey: back on track!

Wow! Major congrats. The difference is really noticeable. As someone who plateaus easily, it gives me hope! Keep up the amazing work!

Thanks, everyone! It's been a journey, that's for sure. I think the key is to not give up when you hit those plateaus.

Honestly, HeartCoffee, I changed a few things. First, I upped my water intake significantly. Then, I focused on getting more sleep. Turns out, not sleeping enough was sabotaging my efforts! I also adjusted my macros a bit, increasing protein and lowering carbs slightly.

From what I've read, plateaus are often the body's way of adjusting. Sometimes, taking a break from the calorie deficit can help. Like cycling your calories.

That's interesting! So, like, eat 'normally' for a week or two?

Not necessarily 'normally,' but at maintenance calories. The idea is to reduce stress on the body, which can sometimes help overcome a plateau.
