Foods you just can't stand anymore?

Right now it's easier to list what I CAN eat! Most bread is out, but I can do garlic knots. Fried stuff is a no-go, but fries are still my weakness. Don't crave sweets, but flavored coffee creamer? Still a problem. Can't do most meat, but sausage patties are my jam.

    Ozempic generics coming to Canada?

I saw something about the food industry trying to make foods that bypass the effects of GLP-1s to make up for lost profits.

    Ozempic deaths? Seriously?!

That's exactly what that rag does. Plays on emotions.

    Ozempic generics coming to Canada?

How much cheaper are we talking?

    Ozempic deaths? Seriously?!

I'd bet way more than 170 people die from mRNA jabs.

    Oops! Mixed up my vials!

I was reading a Reddit thread about Ozempic, and someone mentioned getting energy dips because their calorie intake was too low. Maybe low energy isn't always from the meds themselves, but the diet?

    Oops! Mixed up my vials!

Reach out to the vendor, see if they have a secret code or something. Check the liquid levels in each vial - do some have less than others? If so, at least you can split them into groups. If they've been sitting for a minute, I'd ditch 'em. Or, mix them with some hyaluronic acid and slather it...

    Still feels unreal!

I always weigh myself first thing in the morning, after using the restroom. Naked, of course! Seems like the most consistent way to get a true weight.

    Needed only ONE plane seat!

I hear you about the slow down, Sarah56. My doc says it's typical after the initial rush. Just keep at it!

I'm 4'11"! You look amazing and are an inspiration to many, including myself. Could you share a bit about your journey? How long did it take, did you increase the dose as planned? Did you have any nausea or other side effects? Exercise routine? Any advice? Thanks!

    Needed only ONE plane seat!

Way to go! Started at maybe 235? It's been close to a year. Now around 185, aiming for 185. It really does take time. Savor this achievement. Had a middle seat last week and for once, I didn't feel like I was spilling over into the other person's space. Can't say it enough - congrats!

Coming off GLP-1 meds... anyone else?

I asked a bot if this was AI-generated, and it said "probably, yeah", and explained why, without even mentioning the em-dashes.

Coming off GLP-1 meds... anyone else?

I stopped semaglutide and holy crap, I didn't realize how well it worked until my hunger went into overdrive. I'm back on it now, so it's not nearly as bad.
