Car seat NSV!

I can't believe the difference a couple of years makes. Check out the before and after! In the first pic, the car seat was pushed ALL the way back, and I was still squished against the steering wheel. Now there's a huge gap, and I've moved the seat forward! So much comfier to drive now! 😎

I've gone from about 420 to 240lbs, and I'm hoping to lose another 40 or so.

That's fantastic! I'm so encouraged by seeing other people's progress. The other day, I realized I got into the car without using my hands at all! Keys in one hand, drink in the other, and just plopped right down. It's the little wins that become big wins.

You're doing great and looking great! I love that your car is showing you how far you've come. Cheers to you! 🎉

You just made my day!!! These kinds of stories make me so happy and motivated. That must feel absolutely amazing! This internet stranger is so excited for you.

The scale tells a story, but it's more than just pounds; it's about being comfortable in our own skin and living our lives comfortably and doing things that 'normal' weight people do every day without even thinking about it.

I hope you continue to be successful!

I saw someone else post about their awesome Mounjaro success: down about 60 lbs since February! Inspiring stuff! She's dealing with menopause, high blood pressure and all sorts of other stuff too. Makes you realize you just gotta keep trying different approaches 'til something clicks.

Exactly! Everyone's different. What works for one person might not work for another. Gotta tailor it to your own body and lifestyle.

So true! I'm finding that what worked for me a year ago isn't working anymore. Gotta tweak things constantly!

started last november at 5mg. took a break during lunar new year for family time and put on 2kg, went back in march. down 10kg from start. noticed my breasts got really deflated from the weight loss, old bras don't fit anymore - down a cup size and 5cm off my chest. not buying new clothes yet.
