I did a mix of everything, honestly. Focused on protein, but I was not super strict. I did try to cut out snacking, though. That made a huge difference. Good luck!

I've heard of people using an insulin syringe to get the last few clicks out. I've never tried it, seems like a pain. But yeah, there's usually a tiny bit left over. I guess it's up to you if it's worth the effort!
maybe dial back the dose or space it out more? eating smaller meals throughout the day might help too. intermittent fasting and blood sugar dips don't mix well in my experience either.
Heart racing isn't just a small bump. Two ways to help: long slow cardio regularly, or dose every other day instead of weekly to spread it out and hit your weekly total.
