Thanks, everyone! Ant_Crew, the best part is having more energy and feeling comfortable in my body. I'm also lifting weights now to keep the muscle mass. It's been a game changer.

Yeah, Denmark's pharma sector is making bank. But I heard their Novo Nordisk stock is way down.

    Reta AND Tirz? Halp w/dosing!

Since you are using research grade, the dosage is whatever you want it to be. Maybe start at 10mg Tirz and add 1mg Reta. Then go to 8/2, 6/3, and so on.

    Down 90+ lbs! Feeling fab!

Exactly. I felt like I was doing everything right, but the weight just wouldn't budge. It was so frustrating. The meds helped me break through that plateau, and now I have so much more energy and motivation to stay active!

    Down 90+ lbs! Feeling fab!

I had a tough time bouncing back to my old self after gestational diabetes. I'd managed to shift around 35 pounds through diet and exercise, but then my sugars went haywire. My doc put me on a GLP-1 for blood sugar, and since then I've melted away another 55. It feels amazing to be in control...

Wow, I see a huge difference!

Thanks everyone for the kind words! To answer a few questions: not-today-scale, I was wearing a loose fitting tunic top with leggings. It was a really comfortable but unflattering outfit, LOL. half-of-me, I try to eat a balanced diet with lots of protein and vegetables. I'm also focusing on...

Wow, I see a huge difference!

About half a year ago I started taking Mounjaro. My highest weight was around 340lbs, and when I started the medication, I was at 330lbs. This morning I weighed in at 273lbs! I had a photo taken at my drama rehearsal, and I was shocked at how "average" I looked. I'm still a big person, but it...

Tirz... I think I goofed it up :(

I've seen tests where they used peptides a year later with no problems. But that's not a guarantee of sterility. I've used peptides past 28 days. Just make sure you prep everything sterile and store it right. My prescription papers say to toss after 28 days, too. No way.

Tirz... I think I goofed it up :(

I read that spraying or shaking doesn't matter. Also, they've tested frozen peps a year later with only minimal degradation. Maybe you're just hungry because you need to go up to the next clinical dose?

    Downsizing my closet!

I did the same last year. Getting rid of the old stuff felt like closing the door on my old life.
