Hey, Lucky_xo455, any ideas on how to plan meals for those of us who do intermittent fasting? I'm finding that this is helping me support my transition to IF because it took away the food noise and my desire to snack.
I used to eat two or three protein bars every single day. They were like a guilt-free treat, but ever since I started on reta, they give me the ick. They just taste too processed and artificial now. If I can I prefer real food.
Did you check the pH of the NAD+? If it's too acidic, it won't dissolve right. You need to get the pH to around 7. Use sodium bicarb to buffer it if it's acidic.
I tried Ipamorelin/CJC for a couple of years with little subjective benefit. My IGF-1 was never boosted, and honestly I felt nothing. It mainly just lightened my wallet.
Don't some of these med spas just advertise 'weight loss shots' without saying what's in them? They just order and do exactly what we do, but charge a fortune for it.
Awesome work! I bet you feel great. Don't let the haters bother you. You were beautiful before and you look fantastic now. Thank you for the inspiration; I just started a GLP-1 today!
