GLP-1 lawsuit drama!

Hey folks, Richie here, founder of Fella & Delilah. Our legal team is all over this. I'll share updates on our subreddit:

I can't afford the name brand stuff because insurance won't cover it. I hope they don't take away my access to compounded meds.

Compounding pharmacies have a history of issues. Remember the NECC disaster? Contaminated drugs caused serious harm and even death. You'd think they would learn!

Exactly! They need serious oversight.

Accreditation from PCAB and registration with the FDA as an outsourcing facility are good signs. PCAB means they follow USP 797 standards, and FDA registration means they're supposed to follow similar manufacturing rules as big pharma.

I was reading about Kisspeptin-10 and how the FDA decided not to allow compounding pharmacies to make it. Seems like they had concerns about how well it's understood and potential risks.
