Apple Watches aren't super accurate either. TDEE calcs are just estimates based on how active you say you are — not exact. Plateaus can happen for no reason. You can do everything right and still not lose 0.5 kg per week. Also gets to a point where you can't do 500 cal deficits anymore.
Weight Watchers was huge for me when I started. Really taught me how to eat better overall. Three months in and you pick up habits that stick for life. Helped with the initial loss and I figure it'll help with keeping it off too.
What's your activity level like with these doses? Do you go to the gym regularly, are you mostly sedentary and just watching calories, or somewhere in between?
I feel you! I had the same thing happen with GHRP-2, total re*ta suppression. I've started taking it before my morning workout. By the time I'm done, the hunger's dialed back a bit and the re*ta is back in charge, mostly LOL. Then I hit it again after the workout and just tough out the next hour...
Hey MixBro - to answer your question:
It's been about 12 months total. And yes, it started working at 2.5mg, but the higher I went, the more dramatic it was. I was on 2.5 for a month, 5 for two months, 7.5 for two months, and now 10 for four months.
I was looking at some older pictures lately from a party a while back, and wow, it's striking. It's easy to forget how far I've come. I still want to drop maybe 25 more pounds (the loss has been slow lately, but I'm dedicated). I am taking 10mg of MJ and have been doing that for about 3 months...
I love that mindset, Food_xo! I waited ages before starting too. Now I'm using a telehealth service and I wish I'd started sooner. Even small wins feel huge once you get going.
Total newbie question…
With Cerebrolysin, is 5 mL IM not a huge shot? That sounds like a lot of volume. Are people splitting it into multiple injection sites or doing it all at once?
Brain fog is my main issue but daily big IM injections kind of scare me.
