    Reta before race? And macros?

For the love of Pete, don't try a new drug you've never had right before a race you've trained for! I get annoyed when people are like "I'm scared of side effects, it's been a week and I'm still nervous to try it" (but I keep it to myself), but you'd be bummed to run twelve miles with some...

Upped to 1.7... side effects 😫

Jumping doses can cause temporary side effects. A more gradual approach might help.

    Reta before race? And macros?

Alright, Reta's on its way. Found a pen already loaded (from a source I kinda trust haha). Was thinking of going with vials, but the pen seemed easier. Aiming for 1mg as a starting point. So, before I jump in, just a few quick questions: 1. Got a big 13.1-mile run coming up this weekend. Smart...

    Finally fit my old pants!

Does anyone else experience breast shrinkage? I'm increasing to 1.0 this week and have only lost around 7 pounds, but I've heard this is when things really start to happen.

    Too much at once?

Before adding more compounds, I want to caution against the use of multiple appetite suppressants concurrently. As TheRealMcSteamy wisely pointed out, the potential for additive side effects is significant. Furthermore, drastic reduction in caloric intake can lead to nutrient deficiencies and...

    Month 2 on GLP-1s!

I saw someone online say their GLP-1 was life-changing after just a few months. They said it jump-started their metabolism after years of low-carb dieting and improved their blood sugar and cholesterol levels to that of someone in their 20s, even though they're almost 60!

    Month 2 on GLP-1s!

Around that time, it started feeling more normal for me, too. Less anxiety, more routine. I barely even remember it's shot day anymore thanks to reminders from my provider.

    Tirz on top of Reta?

When is your vacation, Xan_1994? It takes about a day for 2.5mg of Tirz to hit its peak levels, but it might take a few days to really start feeling the appetite suppression. It's not super fast-acting, especially if you don't already have some built up in your system. If you're planning on...

    Reta working TOO well?

I'm older with knee issues that limit my workouts. I also have a desk job. I do resistance training, try to get 5,000 steps, and live on the 3rd floor. I walk up and down twice to get the steps in. That's it. I've lost 40 lbs in 12 weeks. He'll be fine on Reta.

    Eloralintide... anyone else impatient?

I got a 1 gram raw powder quote for $5,500... minimum order - I might just get a fancy watch instead ;-) and raw powder isn't stable and doesn't last. It's a rip-off.

Nope, nobody. It was all hype and no show. I haven't been this disappointed in ages.

    Reta working TOO well?

Kelly14 When I saw the title, I thought you were just a low maintenance kind of person, not that you needed a low dose! It's amazing if you can sustain the weight loss on a small dose, assuming you find the right amount. I haven't reached maintenance yet, so I can't speak from experience...

Mice getting all the good stuff?

It really does seem like rodent medicine is way ahead of human medicine, judging by all these research studies.
