Oops! Messed up my 4mg dose 🤦‍♀️

Lidocaine prep ratio stays valid even after the dosing correction.

    Cheaper Tirz in CA?

Brand switching in compounded tirz is usually the same API from a different compounder - price difference is markup, not formulation quality.

    Tirz underperforming? 🥺

Topping out on tirz without reaching goal is one of the harder spots. Reta's ceiling is higher - that's usually the driver for the switch. People stalled on tirz often see a response.

Mounjaro pen clicks - how many?

I've heard of people staying on the lowest dose of sema (like 0.25mg) for a super long time and still seeing results. Anyone else doing that rather than automatically upping the dose?

Mounjaro pen clicks - how many?

My insurance covers the regular injections, thankfully. Are the Kwikpens usually covered by insurance too?

Mounjaro pen clicks - how many?

Think of it like this: the pen has enough clicks for a certain amount of medicine total. How you divide that up is your call (well, yours and your doctor's!).

    Too much at once?

Yeah, I tried Teso once. Gave me crazy energy but totally wrecked my sleep. I'd suggest just getting a small amount to try first. Some people can't tolerate it at all. reddit link has some threads on it.

    Too much at once?

MT2 has some awful side effects for a lot of folks. You're already on Reta and Tirz and thinking of adding even more appetite control from Cagri and MT2? Do you even want to eat? Seems like overkill. And it's never smart to introduce a bunch of new substances at the same time. If you react...

    Tirz/Cagri success at 55!

If you lost that much weight without hitting the gym, you might be surprised by how much muscle you lost. I thought I hit my goal, got a DEXA scan, and it wasn't pretty. 33% body fat and a really high visceral fat score. Something like 3rd percentile for muscle even though I don't look fat right...

    GLP-1 dosing, stalls & titration

Man, the part about alcohol hit me. I swore I was eating 1400 calories and not losing. Then I actually tracked my weekend drinks. Let us just say math humbled me real quick. Also interesting about down-dosing. I thought that sounded crazy at first but now I am not so sure.

NAD+ Injections vs Pills, Real Deal?

I've been reading about MOTS-C, it seems interesting. Do you have any helpful resources you recommend?

NAD+ Injections vs Pills, Real Deal?

Yeah, I meant injectable, but B vitamins absorb better orally than NAD does.

NAD+ Injections vs Pills, Real Deal?

Oral NAD+ isn't worth it because of low bioavailability. Injecting it directly is best, but not super practical. Intramuscular is better than subq, but some even debate that. NAD+ precursors, like niacin (B3), absorb much better. Getting a cheap B-complex from overseas with B3, B5, B12, etc. is...
