    I don't have any serious side effects. My biggest one was feeling like I had a sunburn in random spots while I was on 5mg and 7.5mg, but that's gone now too.

    Side effects vary a lot. Maybe you'll get lucky and won't have many! I had a lot of dry mouth at first. My biggest problems were burping and indigestion, but Tums helped.     I agree with RXPete that anti-inflammatories can help, but NSAIDs aren't great for long-term use. I've heard BPC can be taken for longer periods. I also heard that for specific issues, an injection near the muscle is the way to go.
