Anyone tried oral PT-141/Oxytocin?

I'm seeing a combo with Cialis, PT-141, and oxytocin promoted at some online places, but I'm unsure of its effectiveness. If it's effective, it sounds amazing. However, from what I've read, people don't get good results using PT-141 as a sublingual. I'm not entirely sure about oxytocin, though I've heard it can be effective when used like a nasal spray, even though I haven't found many reviews about it. Has anyone given this combination from wherever a try, or anything similar? If so, what were the results?

I've experimented with both oxytocin lozenges and nasal sprays, and they seem to work similarly. I'm not sure what results you're after, but for me, it had a calming, relaxing effect. It definitely improved my mood.

Thanks for the feedback! I've heard comparable things coming from other people. I've also heard it can assist with pair-bonding. I don't need it for that, but I can imagine it being useful on a sex-cation. The goals would be: boost libido (PT-141), make the most of the opportunity (Cialis), and heighten emotional connection during the fun (oxytocin). If you're curious, it'd probably be better to just acquire each component in a form that's proven to work and then take the pieces individually. The lozenges looked appealing because of the price, but if they're not useful, the affordability is irrelevant.

I've tried oxytocin as a nasal spray. It made reaching climax simpler, but it negatively impacted my erection - I've read research suggesting it causes adrenaline release. The effect on social anxiety or "bonding" isn't very noticeable and is exaggerated in the "research".

I've also used oxytocin troches, and they had zero effect on anything.

Oxytocin is hit or miss; the kind I took sublingually made me feel congested and hot, similar to a large dose of Cialis. It's super pricey where I live at almost $60 for 30 lozenges, which is a complete waste of money. Nobody will tell me how to mix it for a nasal spray; it's like a national secret. I seriously need a compounding guide because I'm confident that I can follow instructions. I want to try the combo of Selank, Oxy, and PT to see how that performs. I also want to see what my wife can experiment with; she enjoys XXX/THC lube and suppositories.

I've read that PT-141's effectiveness can decrease over time. I saw someone mention that they were using it regularly (3x/week) and noticed it wasn't as effective after the second vial. They took a break for a couple of months and the benefits returned, but not as strong as when they first started. Now they limit themselves to 2x/week max. Just FYI.

That's great info, thanks! I'll keep that in mind if I decide to go ahead with it. Maybe cycling it would be the way to go then.

I'm curious about peptides for healing. Has anybody tried BPC-157 for joint problems? I have a sore shoulder and I'm looking for alternatives.

I agree with RXPete that anti-inflammatories can help, but NSAIDs aren't great for long-term use. I've heard BPC can be taken for longer periods. I also heard that for specific issues, an injection near the muscle is the way to go.
