    Reta and Heart Rate: What's your experience?

    I'm on 4mg Reta for maintenance, once per week. Been at that dose for about a month. I also take .6mg Cagri on an opposite day once a week (the day before my Reta shot).

    Reta and Heart Rate: What's your experience?

    I switched to Reta (starter dose) after using 16mg Tirz for 4 months. My RHR on Reta the first week was around 98, which freaked me out. But, my RHR on Tirz was consistently high 80s to mid 90s. Now, I'm on Reta for maintenance, and my RHR is stable in the mid 70s most days, which is even lower...

    Down 75lbs in a year! 🎉

    This reminds me of someone else's journey... someone posted about losing a LOT of weight - I think over 200lbs, maybe closer to 225 or 230? It's so inspiring to see these transformations.

    Ozempic = Cheating? Seriously?

    Saw a good rant about this on a Reddit sub here. Basically, some people would rather see us suffer. It's wild.

    Looking great! I totally jumped when I saw the last pic, though! For a second, I thought you had a bad bruise on your rear! LOL

    Ozempic = Cheating? Seriously?

    The bigger picture is that some religions assign virtue to suffering, and that thinking gets ingrained... the more you suffer, the more worthy you are... so, doing anything less than struggling is lazy, even sinful...(like, suicides go to hell)... but also jealousy, because they think they won't...

    Ozempic = Cheating? Seriously?

    I'm really struggling to understand why some people think taking something like Ozempic is considered "cheating." Cheating at what, exactly? Health isn't a competition. Weight management isn't a game with winners and losers. So what am I supposedly cheating at? You take an NSAID for...

    Vendor policies: are they worth anything?

    I've heard some people use that one place but I'm not convinced they are better than just doing research and finding a reliable source. Why pay more?

    Vendor policies: are they worth anything?

    I haven't seen any vendors offering guarantees about sterility.

    Saw someone else posted about a plateau... I can relate! I dropped 30 pounds pretty quickly at first, then things slowed down *a lot*. Don't get discouraged! Keep at it. It's a marathon, not a sprint.

    Stacking peps for weight loss?

    Okay, I'm going to be straight with you: If you think AOD is working, it's most likely just a placebo effect. If it really worked, the company wouldn't have stopped development after spending millions on it. They didn't stop because of safety problems - it just didn't do anything. Companies...

    Stacking peps for weight loss?

    AOD9604? Skip it. The way it's supposed to work in rats doesn't happen in people. The main scientist in charge of the company's research even said it's not helpful. https://www.abc.net.au/news/science/articles/2011/03/09/3154583.htm

    Nine months, down 130+ pounds!

    Been working on maintenance for three or four months since I'm pretty active and still losing. At 5'9 and 128 pounds I'm actually trying to gain now, just not cold turkey off it since that triggered my binge patterns before. Currently doing 2mg every other week - gives me appetite back without...

    Half my size in 8 months!

    I saw someone else mention 'bat wings' after weight loss. Does anyone have tips for dealing with loose skin after losing a lot of weight quickly? I'm starting to worry about that myself.
