Hit the nine-month mark, and I'm down 133 lbs! Meds, healthy food choices, and regular workouts are paying off big time. No more diabetes – A1C is at 5.1. All my bloodwork is looking great too. I'm even running my third 5K since February later this month. Finally feeling good about myself, which is a huge win. Still have a ways to go, but this has already changed my life. This forum has been an awesome source of info and support. Thanks, everyone! Keep at it – the results are so worth it.

Wow, that's incredible! Just started this journey a couple of weeks ago, and posts like this really highlight the potential of this medication. You should be super proud. Would love to hear more about your process and how you achieved this in detail – it's really inspiring.

Thanks!

I'm happy to share. For me, it has been about consistently tracking my calorie intake and aiming for a small deficit each day. Also, I dedicated 3-4 days a week to weightlifting at the gym, focusing on compound movements. Finally, I made it a point to get at least 7 hours of sleep each night. I know it sounds simple, but consistency has been key.

That's seriously inspiring! My A1C just dropped from 6.4 to 5.1, so I'm feeling fantastic, too. It's great to hear about other people making similar progress on these meds.
Congrats on your A1C improvement - that's a huge win!

What an incredible turnaround! I've been plateaued for two months even with dose increases, tracking everything but seeing zero movement. Lost 15 pounds over four months but feeling stuck now.

Been working on maintenance for three or four months since I'm pretty active and still losing. At 5'9 and 128 pounds I'm actually trying to gain now, just not cold turkey off it since that triggered my binge patterns before. Currently doing 2mg every other week - gives me appetite back without touching sugary stuff. Finding that balance is tricky.

Down 50 too. Took a break from my shot for several months and yes, some came back though not badly. You look amazing and clearly happier. Keep at it.
