I don’t think you “let” it happen; it will almost always happen because the food noise comes back. I had the same thing happen and continued with diet and exercise. Fought it for a year, but slowly the weight started back. I’ve gained back about 30 pounds, and I’m tired of the fight.

I definitely made some big changes to my diet, Core_Loss. Smaller portions, more protein, less processed foods. The meds helped me feel full faster and made it easier to say no to junk food, but I still had to put in the work. It's a team effort!
That's a question I'm starting to think about more seriously. I'm hoping that with continued exercise, some of it will tighten up naturally. But surgery is definitely on the table if needed.
