2 years on MJ: My story!

I think this is the most amazing GLP-1 success story I've ever seen. Congrats, OP, and thanks for being so open about your experience!

    Accessorizing Your Injectables

So true. It's a tool, not a miracle. It helps control my appetite, but I still have to make smart choices.

    Accessorizing Your Injectables

I'm also curious! I'm trying to prevent future diabetes and it would be nice to save money on the pens if I can. I'd rather spend that money on fun accessories than the medication itself!

    Accessorizing Your Injectables

I was looking at pens today. Does the chat server have any deals? Can someone DM me the link or post it? My cart total just keeps going up, so I'm hoping for a coupon code, lol.

    Accessorizing Your Injectables

Is there an updated link to the chat server? This one doesn't seem to be working anymore. I need one of those branded covers!

    Weight training for complete noobs?

There was another thread about a person doing two rounds of 75 HARD during their weightloss journey on a GLP-1. Sounds intense! They posted some impressive before/afters. I wonder how they balanced that level of exercise with the appetite suppression from the meds? Pretty inspiring stuff.

    Weight training for complete noobs?

Hello, fellow middle-aged woman! If you can afford it, Pilates is amazing. One or two private classes and you're ready for group classes. Great for core strength, mobility, and my best body was thanks to pilates. Move With Nicole on YouTube has beginner content, too! Find beginner-friendly...

    Weight training for complete noobs?

I've definitely seen YouTube videos that would argue against that statement. I do agree that weight training is pretty safe if you avoid crazy exercises and ego lifting!

    Weight training for complete noobs?

Using resistance bands and YouTube tutorials is a great way to ease into it, like Wes_2002 mentioned. Yoga and Pilates are also fantastic. Personally, I'm all about hitting the gym, doing compound exercises, and lifting heavy! But the best kind of exercise is what you enjoy and can stick with...

    Over a year on Ozempic!

Thanks T2D_Survivor_Mark - I might try the photo journal idea. Good one.

    Over a year on Ozempic!

Amazing work. You look amazing. Glad to hear how long you've been on it, as I started at a similar weight but am a bit taller. Six months in, and I need to remember that I committed to at least a year. I keep stressing about where I thought I'd be by the end of the year and feeling like I'm...

    I hit 80 pounds down!

It is important to remember that while GLP-1 medications can be highly effective, they aren't without risks. Pancreatitis, while rare, is a serious potential side effect. Throwing it away is better than risking further harm.

    Secretagogues before GH?

I tried a peptide blend a while back - Sermorelin 15mg + GHRP6 6mg + GHRP2 20mg. Did it for about 3 months. Honestly, didn't notice a whole lot. Maybe I'm just not a good responder. Doc prescribed it hoping it would add some mass.

That's fantastic news! A genuinely transformative experience!

    Secretagogues before GH?

I'm thinking about adding something like Sermorelin to my current TRT. I've been reading that a GHRP is also good to include. But I'm a bit confused about all the different combos of GHRH and GHRP. Can anyone explain why there are so many options? Thanks!

Stacking sema/tirz - anyone tried it?

Hmmm, sounds like I should be careful with the Teso then. I'm already a terrible sleeper. Thanks for sharing your experiences, everyone!

Stacking sema/tirz - anyone tried it?

I've read that people seem to get better appetite control with sema, but better weight loss overall with TZ, SteadyOnSema. No studies, of course... all anecdotal.

Stacking sema/tirz - anyone tried it?

I've been thinking about Reta too, no-more-snacks. I think I've got a little FOMO about it LOL. Is it really that much better than TZ? I'm spending a ton of time reading and researching... but haven't made up my mind yet.
