Guys, guess what?! I finally went under 300! Back in January of last year (2023) when I started trying to slim down, I was at 375. I started Ozempic in August '23 when I weighed 345, and today I'm at 295! I'm so excited! I'm really starting to notice a difference!

That's so similar to my journey! I started around 380 in September of last year and just got down to 298 last week!

This is just incredible! I remember when I first joined this forum a couple years ago (when I first started trying to lose weight), before and after pics were rare. Now every time I log in I see awesome progress like yours and it makes me so happy! You look so much younger (and healthier and happier, too)!
Keep going!

My hubby was using it for his diabetes... and he developed pancreatitis. They tried again and he ended up back in the hospital. Now I have it sitting in the fridge. I feel awful just wasting it.

Congratulations and thanks for posting a pic! It really helps people to actually see progress, not just hear about it. 👏

I remember when getting under my husband's weight was my big goal.

Congrats to you! It's such a good feeling!

It is important to remember that while GLP-1 medications can be highly effective, they aren't without risks. Pancreatitis, while rare, is a serious potential side effect. Throwing it away is better than risking further harm.

How did you feel while you were on Ozempic? I was on it for a while but I didn’t think it was doing anything for me so i switched over to Wegovy.

At first I felt a little sick. But I worked thru it. It did really take a few weeks to notice any effects. I had to be patient.
