    Reta/Tirz Cycles - am I crazy?

    Cycling Reta and Tirz is a reasonable experiment - the glucagon receptor component in Reta adds what Tirz doesn't cover, so they're not fully redundant. Running one fully before switching gives you a cleaner read on the difference.

    Still hungry on the starter dose :(

    Still hungry on the starter dose at 4 weeks is normal - that dose is for tolerability, not full suppression. The appetite effect builds at each step up.

    This med makes me pee all the time!

    I second that! Increasing your fiber intake is a good first step to manage constipation. Make sure you also stay well hydrated to assist the fiber.

    Mochi = 😡 Scam!

    I've heard that there are peptide sources out there that don't do proper independent testing. Has anyone had any experience with that?

    Mochi = 😡 Scam!

    You can switch doctors on their platform. My doctor always has evening spots open. When I first signed up, there were no appointments for weeks, so I just switched and got an appointment the following week. Worth trying since they won't give you your money back.

    SYS Pharma Reta - sketch?

    Fluid retention's pretty normal with hgh and I'm not sure diuretics are the way to fix it. Electrolyte imbalance can be serious if you're not getting blood work. Usually lower dose is a safer route. Did you check your IGF-1 before starting? 1.5iu was too high for me.

    Mochi = 😡 Scam!

    Definitely file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to expose them publicly. They flat-out lied in my BBB exchange, but I had proof to call them out. Let the public know!

    Less Food = Good Advice?

    Just saw this on Reddit and wanted to share. It's a good example of what eating can look like. Breakfast (~9am): Two eggs scrambled with a little feta and spinach. Half a piece of sourdough toast. Black coffee. This took me 25 minutes to finish. Six months ago I would've inhaled this in 4 minutes

    Less Food = Good Advice?

    Weight loss isn't just fat loss, it's also muscle loss, especially if you don't lift weights. I wasn't hungry at all, and was managing on 800 calories. My nutritionist told me to eat 1200 calories minimum and prioritize protein since I lift. It aims to prevent muscle loss even with a calorie...

    One Year on this Med!

    That's fantastic! I'm seeing similar results, and when I share my experience, people often compliment me on my hard work. They don't understand that the biggest effort was just choosing to begin the medication and paying for it.

    When did the scale finally budge??

    For me, it was 24 hours. I dropped over 4 pounds of water weight right away. After that, it was a consistent pound a week.
