    Half a hundred!

Plateaus are the worst! Are you still at the same dose? Maybe it's time to talk to your doctor about increasing it.

    Half a hundred!

That averages a bit over two pounds per week. Slow and steady wins the race! I can see the changes in your photos. I really need to take my own before pics... I never like photos of myself pre-loss, but I think you're right, seeing week-to-week changes can be hard when you see yourself every day.

I saw someone else was almost ready to start maintenance after dropping close to 70 pounds! That's amazing! Never give up, even when the scale doesn't move – that's the key thing I've been reading.

    Tirz concentration... too high?

Tried and failed weight loss before but these meds came at the right moment when willpower alone wasn't enough.

Down 100+ lbs - My Story & Tips!

For the stomach, I focused on core work like planks and Russian twists. Also, just overall strength training to build muscle helps fill out the skin a bit. It takes time, though!

Down 100+ lbs - My Story & Tips!

Lots of questions here, I'll try to get to them all. For those asking about maintenance, I stayed on a low dose for a few months after I hit my goal. Now I'm off it completely, focusing on diet and exercise to maintain. It's definitely doable!

    New belt notch - celebration!

Definitely agree with StubbornFat83 - the confidence boost is amazing! I'm about the same height as you, 5'1", and started my semaglutide treatment a few days ago. My goal is the same - reach a healthy BMI and get my cholesterol down. It's inspiring to see your results!

    GLP-1 progress!

It's so important to remember everyone's journey is different. Seeing someone at a 'healthy' weight doesn't mean they were healthy *getting* there, or that they feel good. My labs are better with GLP-1s than they've been in years!

Down 100+ lbs - My Story & Tips!

Alright everyone, sharing my journey! I went from a size 18 to a size 6, losing a little over 100 pounds. My workout style? Think intense circuit training. I hit classes because the group setting keeps me accountable. My goal is to push harder each time. Remember, we all start somewhere. I was...

    New belt notch - celebration!

I've got an old belt from when I was probably 85-90 pounds heavier. I've added a bunch of holes and lost about a foot from my waist. It's like a trophy of my progress!

    GLP-1s are a lifesaver!

I'm hoping to drop at least 50 pounds like you did, Shed-Boss! My doctor is super supportive, but it's always good to hear real-world experiences.
