    Two Years on GLP-1s!

Tested several brands, all worked fine. Check accuracy with water filled cartridges on a decent scale. Full cartridge is about eight point five grams. Use old towels and reuse cartridges and needles with distilled water. Inject five to ten doses into the towel to see dose differences and accuracy.

Down 30+ lbs but not seeing it!

I've dropped 33 pounds in eight weeks on this medication, and honestly, I'm struggling to see a difference. Maybe it's because I had a lot to lose to begin with? Here are four comparison photos, the first two are from when I started, and the others are recent.

    Grey tops compound?

I've been wondering about those additives in compounded stuff. My provider now offers Tirzepatide with Niacinamide, Glycine/B12, or B6. I'm not sure which one to pick or how it would affect things. Anyone know?

    Grey tops compound?

It might be because the vials are overfilled, so you're dosing higher than you think. My compounded sema 2.5mg did nothing, but the grey market stuff I definitely felt. And this was using a well-known compounding pharmacy working with my doctor.

    Down 75 pounds 🎉

It's interesting how many people jump to "extreme" dieting. Sustainable change is usually about consistency, not deprivation.

    Compounding pharmacies & GLP-1s explained

Many folks use them, myself included. Some get stinging from that brand, some don't. Price-wise it's not spectacular, but coming from pricey compounding pharmacies, it feels reasonable.

Tirz salt forms: Should we care?

Thanks for the detailed breakdown, EmptyFridgeClub. I'm curious if anyone has actually run tests to compare the different salt forms directly in terms of how they affect blood sugar and weight loss. It's one thing to say they might be different, but I'd like to see some hard data.

    Ozempic success?!

This is encouraging! I'm starting this week. Does anyone know what happens when you stop taking it? I've heard conflicting things.

    B vitamins with GLP-1s?

I'm curious about the Sermorelin/Ipamorelin stack that Yuki_56 mentioned. I found a thread on the other forum about it. Seems like some people use it to boost T levels after coming off TRT. Might be something to look into for maintaining muscle mass while on GLP-1s.

Down 200+ lbs! Keeping it off...

That's been my experience too. It's like my body fights against any attempt to maintain a lower weight without the medication. It's frustrating!

Down 200+ lbs! Keeping it off...

Amazing work! Just be vigilant about watching for the scale to creep up; for some of us, it's not just about calories in vs. calories out. My body wants to gain weight without the meds. I had gastric sleeve surgery back in 2014 and have eaten a low-calorie diet since then, but the weight came...
