I'm feeling lost after leaving the study. Now on Tirz, but it's not the same. I'm new here and overwhelmed. So many opinions, who's legit? Anyone who's been on real Reta found a good stand-in? If so, please reach out! Hours of reading haven't helped much. I'm just confused.

Some folks definitely have rougher side effects than others. My doc told me to focus on protein and stay super hydrated to minimize nausea. Maybe talk to your doctor about anti-nausea meds if you decide to try again?

I use BAC saline too because of the reduced discomfort. I've never really worried about how long the tirz lasts, though. I tend to use it up pretty fast.

I had trouble sleeping when I first started. Drink lots of water to help your kidneys out.

I've used Melanotan 2 before a trip to the islands. I'm very fair skinned and burn easily but MT2 let me get a serious tan. Just a heads up - start really small with the dosage, because nausea is a real possibility.

If I remember correctly, Elora doesn't have the pH issues some other compounds have. So hopefully it'll be available pretty quickly? (Though maybe Cagri doesn't either, still not confirmed)
