Hey everyone! I started at 460 pounds on January 14th, 2025. As of today, I'm down to 364! This injection has seriously turned things around for me. My blood sugar is back where it should be *without* meds. Still got a ways to go, but I feel like I can actually do it now.

Huge congratulations! I'm so thrilled for you! I'm sure tons of other folks feel the same way. Your success is fantastic news, and we need more of that these days... Keep shining! If you have any tips that could help us out, please share. Xoxoxo~Dixie~

Wow, after 7 months, I've only managed to lose around 14 pounds. What's your secret? Huge congratulations. I had to stop because it made me feel so sick.

Some folks definitely have rougher side effects than others. My doc told me to focus on protein and stay super hydrated to minimize nausea. Maybe talk to your doctor about anti-nausea meds if you decide to try again?

That's a lot of weight to lose! Are you also working out?

Exercise, especially strength training, can really boost the effects of these medications and help you maintain muscle mass while losing weight. It also helps with insulin sensitivity!

My insurance is taking forever to approve my script... Can I ask if you've had any side effects? You're doing fantastic; so inspiring!

Honestly, the first few weeks were a little rough. I had some nausea and felt pretty tired. But it passed as my body adjusted. Definitely worth it for me!

I hear ya, MicrodoseMami. I've been on this journey for 2 years now. Was headed down the path of insulin, and my kidney function was getting worse. My doc suggested Mounjaro. Now I'm training for a marathon! It's wild.

Wow, that's an amazing turnaround! Did you run before starting the meds?
