    I definitely see the change! People tend to be hesitant about commenting on bodies unless you bring it up. I had a coworker who clearly lost weight but I said nothing until she mentioned losing 47 pounds on Ozempic plus gym work.

    Nice progress! I've got a noticeable gut, maybe a little smaller than your before pic. How has loose skin been for you? That's a slight worry of mine with losing weight; I'm concerned about potentially needing skin removal. I guess if I regain the weight, it could stretch super thin, I don't know.

    I definitely agree with what everyone is saying about protein shakes. I have also been trying to find a good routine for eating. It is hard to eat when you are constantly on the go. I saw someone mention a yogurt mix and think that sounds easy and delicious! I might try that!

    Pick one treat, maybe? Not wings and dessert. Choose either wings or dessert, and I’d recommend avoiding the fried option since it seems like people react worse to that than something sweet.
