Stalled? Tira bump or switch to Reta?

Six weeks of Terz is workable timing to make the switch - 8mg Reta can restart a stall, and some respond better to the mechanism anyway. Have next supply lined up before you're deciding under pressure.

    PT-141: Does it *mean* something?

PT-141 responding is a signal your melanocortin system is accessible - analogs with less nausea exist, though the dose-response varies.

Doc's Insta post on Ozempic 🤔

That reframe from character flaw to health condition is what tends to move people from hesitation to action.

    Tirz + Servo stack?

since mounjaro my skin got super sensitive - allodynia basically. started magnesium for constipation and literally felt my skin normalizing. two days in on daily supplements and it's almost completely gone. on 2.5 mg so your mileage may vary but putting it out there.

Finally under 200 after all these years!

I was taking 5mg creatine daily and my bloodwork was stellar - until I touched creatine. Off it, my labs look incredible. NAD didn't do much for me, honestly. I've looked into the others you mentioned but haven't started yet.

    Crazy Itchy Skin - Help!

Keep a record of these skin issues! You might need it for insurance if you end up needing skin removal later! Also, try Amlactin. I hear it can take some time for your skin to get used to it.

GLP-1 changed my life! Anyone else?

Mounjaro's been a total game-changer for how I relate to food and eating, honestly. I'm grateful for that. But losing weight and then dealing with loose skin on my stomach and chest is rough, you know? I don't really want to go the surgery route either, it's not cheap and insurance won't touch...

Pics - More than meets the eye!

Glad you're seeing real change. Losing 18kg is a major deal, even if people around you didn't make a fuss about it. The numbers speak for themselves. Keep tracking those wins!

    GLP-1s and...digestive aids?

Congrats, you look fantastic! I've been making my own injections using the peptide version and it's been 7 months. Down 103 lbs from 400 to 297. Nobody believes I was that heavy but I'm thinking 250-265 is the target.

    Crazy Itchy Skin - Help!

I'm a little concerned your doctor just dismissed it! Itchy skin that's bad enough to scratch until it bleeds needs attention. Seriously, consider seeing a different one. Just a thought, could it be eczema? I get it if my skin gets dry at all. I slather on a really thick cream head to toe as...

    Bad thoughts on Ozempic?

Started at 2mg a few months back and moved up to 4mg where I've stayed. Everyone's different but I'd say stick with the lowest dose that actually works for you. Going too fast can leave you with loose skin down the line, so be patient with your body.

    GLP-1s and...digestive aids?

I think it's super important to avoid processed foods, especially anything fried because they don't sit well when you're taking Mounjaro.

Anyone found a good constipation fix?

Stayed hydrated and took laxatives when needed. Constipation eventually passed for me after months though. Hang in there.

GLP-1s: A Mental AND Physical Shift?

wegovy isn't that bad price-wise tbh. costco runs about $420 even at top dose, and you can stack their savings card for another $100+ off the starter pens. ozempic is literally the same ingredient—ask your doc to prescribe semaglutide and let the pharmacy pick the cheapest option for your insurance.

    GLP-1s and...digestive aids?

Prunes and prune juice are great. If it gets really bad, I use Colace and senna tea. 😀

    Can you see the change?

You're nailing it because you didn't just use the med, you overhauled everything about how you live. That's what really shows. I do worry seeing folks use it just to hit their lowest number when they don't actually need it. Me I'm 66 with diabetes but my real concern is bones - had 3 spinal...

    GHK-Cu soreness - any tricks?

Tirz freezes fine after recon, and some folks freeze prefilled syringes no problem. Wondering if basic insulin syringes survive the cold without the plunger rubber breaking down. Store needle-up with air gap?
