BBC is reporting a nurse in Scotland died, and they're saying it's "linked" to tirzepatide. They mention she might have had some kidney issues previously too. (Not a doc, just saying) Seems like she probably had some underlying stuff going on because of her weight, ya know?

Good question. I didn't completely give up alcohol, but I really, really limited it. Maybe a drink or two a week, if that. Mostly because the side effects were way worse when I drank. Plus, all those empty calories!
