Tired after upping Tirz dose - anyone else?

I definitely had fewer chills and less exhaustion on the compounded stuff with B12. Now I'm just waiting for my B12 to arrive so I can stop feeling like an ice cube.

Tired after upping Tirz dose - anyone else?

Also... OMG the fatigue. Took my first tirz dose from CN last night before bed. I was previously using compounded with B12. I'm EXHAUSTED this morning. Zero motivation (kidding...sort of). Sourcing B12 ASAP

Tired after upping Tirz dose - anyone else?

Dumb question, but which day do you count as "day 1"? I inject before bed. My brain (AuDHD) says the day I inject is day zero, and the next evening is day 1. Just curious how others calculate this.

    A year on GLP-1s!

It really makes a difference when a medicine works! It is such a relief to know it wasn't just some inherent fault of your own.

Its hard to picture myself thinner, ya know? Been overweight my whole life. Looking at your transformation makes it seem...

Waking up feeling icky on Zep...

Expanding on FitGirl's comment, nausea is a common side effect, especially when initiating GLP-1 therapy. Consider dividing your daily food intake into smaller, more frequent meals. Prioritize protein, as it can help reduce nausea. Also, explore different injection sites; some patients find that...

Waking up feeling icky on Zep...

Adding to what Charlie_49 mentioned regarding B12 absorption, some individuals find sublingual B12 to be more effective, as it bypasses the digestive system. If you're experiencing persistent symptoms despite oral supplementation, discuss alternative routes of administration with your healthcare...
