GG Peps - Anyone Heard Of Them?

Hi everyone, I joined this forum a while ago when I first started using tirz. I found a great source and stocked up for a year. Managed to shed around 65 pounds in about 7 months, and now I'm just trying to maintain. Even my family members are using my supply! I'm running low now, so I'm back...

My pants are too big now!

I totally agree with avoiding the scale! Clothes fitting better is the best indication. Plus, muscle weighs more than fat anyway!

My pants are too big now!

I love this for you! Treat yourself to some new jeans, snap a pic of the old ones next to the new ones for motivation and then donate the old ones. A real accomplishment! Congrats!

SemaGotMe, maybe try some pho or miso soup - something brothy and easy to digest. I've heard that can help when you're feeling queasy.

    Electrolyte drink mix faves?

I'm enjoying Ultima refreshers a lot. They're available in single-serving packets similar to Liquid I.V., or in a container where you can measure out the amount you want. There are many wonderful flavors and assortment packs to choose from. I have some issues with migraines and artificial...

    Finally feel like I'm winning!

I was also diagnosed young and felt horrible on metformin and another GLP-1. It took me over 2 years of focusing on diet and lifestyle because the meds made me feel worse! My doctor put me on a different GLP-1 medication along with another diabetic med, and I haven't had any side effects. My...

Gopeps - Real deal or nah?

I've gotten a few things from my go-to: compound A, compound B, and a third compound. All have been as effective as products I've purchased elsewhere, but at a slightly lower cost.

Gopeps - Real deal or nah?

I'm in the same boat! I've actually been pretty satisfied with one source so far, so I'm probably just gonna stick with them. But I'm always open to hearing about other people's experiences, too.

First month on Zepbound - my thoughts

Someone in another thread mentioned having a major surgery and being terrified. But because they were able to get healthier with GLP-1s, they were less afraid of the outcome! That's amazing. It's not just about the numbers, it's about improving health outcomes.

    Energy drink fiends on Ozempic?

It helped me cut back on my caffeine consumption quite a bit. I didn’t give it up completely, but I probably could have if I wanted to.

    Upping my dose - nervous!

It's important to remember obesity is often a chronic condition. Think of it like high blood pressure. If medication brings your blood pressure down to normal, you wouldn't just stop the meds, right? Because you know it'll go back up. Same idea.
