    Back in my wedding dress!!

That's just fantastic!!! You go girl! I wish I still had my wedding dress from '91. I was so skinny then. My youngest, who's a size zero, could probably wear it now and I'd just feel worse, haha.

So true! It's a journey, not a race. Celebrate the small wins.

    Lost 90lbs... but feeling down

Hit the gym and do some weighted carries. Pick up some heavy dumbbells and walk around with them, then walk without them. You'll appreciate what your body is doing for you. I feel the same way sometimes, and it's all about changing your perspective.

    Almost to Onederland!

I'm a bit discouraged... I read that some people have issues with regaining the weight after they stop the medication.

    Almost to Onederland!

I appreciate you posting this. I've managed to drop like, half a stone in just over a month and I was starting to wonder if it was even working. But nearly 60 pounds over ten months? That sounds way more encouraging! Well done!

    Ozempic: A new chapter!

Hey Doubtful_Donut_8 and Aunt_Becca, my light exercise is just walking a few times a week and some stretching at home. Nothing crazy! I started slow and gradually increased it as I felt better. My doctor recommended I start very gentle and increase over time.

    Ozempic: A new chapter!

I'm celebrating a year and a month on ozempic, combined with a balanced diet and some activity! My doctor just completed a check-up and told me I've probably added a decade to my lifespan. I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's and PCOS about three years back. As a kid, I was always a bit chubby, and...

Survo vs. Cagri for Food Cravings?

Cagri starts out strong but then fades. Maybe try sema instead.

Survo vs. Cagri for Food Cravings?

They've started offering single vials at a reasonable price now if you just want to sample a few things.

Survo vs. Cagri for Food Cravings?

I'm using tiny amounts of Survo, just occasionally to take the edge off. I take about 125mcg, which is less than half the recommended starting dose when I need it. Even that small amount totally kills my food cravings. I'm at the maintenance phase, with a split weekly dose of around 5.5mg of tirz.

    Tirz powder still good?

I'm about to start on semaglutide myself. I'm nervous but excited. I'm hoping it will help me break through this plateau. Any advice for a newbie?

Am I too skinny now? + a fun NSV

I'm curious about this too! How long did it take everyone to see results? I've been on it for like 2 months and I've only lost a few pounds.

Am I too skinny now? + a fun NSV

I know how you feel. A neighbor just told me I was "fading away." Should I take that as a compliment??? 😆 Congrats on your success, by the way! You look great! I think I'll go dig out my old prom dress and see if it still fits!

    KPV giving smooth skin?

I'm really not sure. I always think I've learned everything about what these peptides do, and then something else pops up haha

    KPV giving smooth skin?

My buddy started on 250mcg of KPV about a week and a half ago, mainly hoping it would help with some mast cell problems. Nothing's changed there, but we noticed something totally different: his skin is crazy soft! We haven't changed anything else, no new soaps or anything. Even if this is the...
