I appreciate you posting this. I've managed to drop like, half a stone in just over a month and I was starting to wonder if it was even working. But nearly 60 pounds over ten months? That sounds way more encouraging!

Well done!

Wow, you look fantastic, like you're Benjamin Buttoning! Seriously, congrats.

I'm also down around 60lbs, but I've plateaued pretty hard. Haven't budged in maybe 3-4 months. I'm aiming to lose another 40ish, and I'm pretty sure it's on me to kickstart it again, not the meds.

Hope we both smash our goals. Have an awesome day and relish your win.

You look like a new person!

And mad respect for the workout selfie. It's relatable - people who haven't gone through it don't get how much freakin' WORK it still is, even WITH GLP-1s. It just helps keep the constant hunger and food thoughts at bay.

That's truly amazing! WELL DONE!!

Hope you're planning a little treat for yourself when you hit that next goal.

I'm a bit discouraged... I read that some people have issues with regaining the weight after they stop the medication.

I saw someone posted they lost 32 lbs in a year. I think slow progress is still progress! Some months are better than others. Don't be discouraged by those who lose a lot super-fast. Everyone is different.

From my understanding, slower weight loss is often more sustainable in the long run. It allows your body to adjust and helps you establish healthier habits which is key to keeping the weight off post-medication.
