Most people use BAC water unless there are specific peptides that need other types. I haven't looked into any of those yet, though. BAC is pretty standard for GLP-1s.

Benzyl alcohol is what makes it bacteriostatic, meaning it prevents bacteria growth. That's what makes BAC water, BAC water. I'm not sure on the sodium chloride, so I can't help you there.
