That's amazing! You must feel incredible. I'm not sure about your doctor's suggestion, though. Your BMI is already quite low. It sounds like you've got a decent buffer already.

I remember getting down to 62kg like... a while ago, before these meds even existed.

COVID (and stress) made me gain it all back and more.

My goal is 58kg, just to have some wiggle room for special occasions.

I'm almost at my highest weight right now - about to take my first shot of this med (the lowest dose). Kinda nervous about side effects - had a bad experience with another one (projectile vomiting, ugh) - but also super excited to get back to where I was. My anxiety was so much better, and my self-esteem was through the roof!

That's weird, actually. I read a post where someone said their skin was *less* sensitive to the sun, and their skin health had improved overall. Bodies are weird!
 
It's wild seeing these transformations! I saw someone mention they’re down 144lbs in about 18 months. Started around 300lbs and now they're around 155lbs. Really inspiring.

Wow, that's amazing. Did they say if they were planning on staying on the meds long-term?
