see a dietitian who knows mounjaro. had a long appointment, changed what i eat, cut some foods, added others to help side effects. helped so much.

Starting weight 250, best I ever got to was 212 after a year. Male, 5'10.

Had to pause the last two months due to a health scare, so I've crept back up to 225. Just started Zepbound this week.
