    QSC Reta - Black Tops?

Well, I spoke too soon about not feeling it. It definitely kicked in the following day!

    QSC Reta - Black Tops?

I injected my first dose of the QSC black top Reta yesterday and didn't have a reaction, but I also don't really feel anything yet, 24 hours later. I also ordered Cagri in the same sale but I've been too afraid to use it now

    QSC Reta - Black Tops?

I'm trying to find the actual website for QSC/ASC on here, but I'm not having any luck. I was sent here from another forum. My doc just took me off my RX and paying those prices is insane, so I'm trying to find better options. Could someone DM me?

    Downsizing my closet!

I'm curious too! I've been on it for about 8 months with pretty good results, but plateaued a bit. Wondering what others are experiencing.

    Downsizing my closet!

Way to go! I'm in a similar situation - a size 14 is starting to swim on me! I've been up and down sizes for so long. I used to have boxes of clothes in the garage, thinking I'd fit them again one day. The smallest was a size 18. I finally got rid of those since they were totally out of style...

Greens powders: legit or just hype?

Bloating and digestive issues can be common with GLP-1s. Are any of you experiencing heartburn with these greens? I've seen some success with patients using famotidine about a half hour before injecting. Also, try sleeping with an extra pillow to prop yourself up a bit. It often gets better as...

    GLP-1 vial looks sus?

Has anyone ever felt really sick after injecting one of these? Like, a serious reaction?

    GLP-1 vial looks sus?

Some of mine looked like that too. Two people I know just started on one of these vials this week, and I can confirm that there was no burning on injection, and they're definitely feeling the effects. 😉

    Down 40+ pounds, feeling great!

That's great to hear! Just remember that 0.25mg is often just an introductory dose. It's more about introducing your body to the medication. Don't get discouraged if the inital weight loss slows as you increase the dosage.

Hey Protein_Happy41 -- I've been on semaglutide for about 6 weeks now at 1mg and haven't had any weight loss. Any thoughts?

Bikini body goals unlocked! Thanks, GLP-1s!

That's a valid question! Also, I'm curious about maintenance. Is it possible to eventually discontinue the medication altogether?

Ozempic: My Before & After -80lbs!

I feel the same way. It's like my brain is finally working the way it should have all along. I can't imagine going back to how things were before.

Ozempic: My Before & After -80lbs!

Wow! You look amazing! Do you have a lot of loose skin? I'm 50, 5'9 and used to weigh around 225. I want to lose about 75lbs. I'm worried that I'm going to have a lot of extra skin because of my age.

Congrats! As someone with ADHD, type 2 diabetes, and kidney problems, I think semaglutide is like a miracle drug!
