    Ozempic fridge check: Week 2

This isn't a good thing to post about. 1: if this pic is legit, where are your sema pens? 2: You still are supposed to be eating while using this drug. 3: Posts like this belong on sites geared toward encouraging EDs, not legitimate health forums.

That's wonderful to hear, A1C-Slayer. The mental aspect is often overlooked, but it's so important.

    Oops... too much laxative!

I would suggest aiming for around 30g of fiber daily. Some good options are raisin bran, dried plums, fresh pineapple, and even popcorn. Also, I'm slightly lactose intolerant, when I am desperate, I'll have some soft serve ice cream.

    Oops... too much laxative!

I usually have amazing digestion. Drinking lots of water daily helps. But 0.25mg of this drug wrecked it. I went four days without a bowel movement! Where did the food even go? Yesterday, I ate lots of lettuce + chicken + dessert. Did the trick. Cabbage salad with shrimp for dinner. This...

Lost 40+ lbs! My GLP-1 Story

You looked amazing before, and you look fantastic now. As a woman, I totally get the boob thing – and even though you didn't ask, you still have great boobs! Do whatever makes you happy, but plenty of people pay for the boobs you have now. Just saying.

BAC or NaCl for Reta? Confused!

I've been experimenting with dosages between 0.5mg and 1mg and seeing positive results. It can be expensive, so if you see the effects at a lower dose no need to increase it.

BAC or NaCl for Reta? Confused!

Saline did seem to result in a slightly less intense sensation for me. However, you can use more BAC water to dilute to reduce that sensation as well. Also, saline mixtures may have a shorter shelf life. If you have stinging issues try using 3ml bac/10mg reta

    It's tougher than it looks...

I've noticed that some patients have reported a change in their relationship with alcohol while taking these medications. Has anyone else experienced this?

    Transformation Pics!

I agree with Hustle. Tracking side effects is critical. Someone made a searchable database of side effects and treatments from Reddit: it's basically a crowdsourced clinical trial. Very useful to share with your physician, too!

It's great that your knees don't hurt anymore! I've noticed I'm more positive and have more energy since starting. I started in January, and I'm down 36 lbs. I'm 5'4", started at 195, and now weigh 159. My goal is 135!

    Ozempic face changes?

That's amazing! Congrats! Keep it up! Take measurements; you might not see weight loss but your clothes will fit differently. Also, add strength training to your routine! Strength training and walking are important for losing weight. You also have to eat in a healthy calorie deficit daily. If...
