    Tirzepatide looking a bit off...

Endotoxin and accurate dosing testing is the right pair when something seems off post-mix - discoloration can be contamination, reconstitution artifact, or degraded peptide. Worth testing before continuing.

    Glow/Klow Stack Issues?

The GHK competition theory for GLOW/KLOW has community support but limited formal data. MOTS-C and SS-31 target mitochondrial pathways rather than the copper-binding mechanism GHK uses - separate enough to run without direct competition.

Sema working even with a good diet?

Sema works through appetite signaling, not diet quality - someone already eating well still gets the satiety effect, but the rate may be slower with less room to improve.

    Hunger's Back?!

I read a thread where people were talking about how many are buying these meds online without any medical supervision. As a nurse, I find that scary. Make sure you have baseline labs done and that your doctor knows what you are taking.

    Hunger's Back?!

Maybe get a new 5.0 pen and take the full dose, SlowNSteady68, and see what happens. If that's not effective, move up to 7.5.

    Hunger's Back?!

I always make sure to count my dose when administering the pen and mark it with a pen. I still get hungry from time to time. I make sure I have protein available to suppress my appetite. Hard boiled eggs are great for this!

    Bloodwork before Tirzepatide?

I totally agree with this. I try to test every few months because of my autoimmune condition, and using RequestATest has been a lifesaver since my insurance only covers annual testing. I've been able to order labs that my primary care physician didn't think were necessary, and it's given me a...

    Bloodwork before Tirzepatide?

Well, that's partly why I was considering just using the labs from last year. My cholesterol was elevated, and my A1c was borderline. So, I figured I could get a sense of whether it's working from that. But I realize a lot can happen in a year.

    Bloodwork before Tirzepatide?

So, I actually had all those labs done about a year ago, and not much has changed in my lifestyle since then. I'd prefer to avoid repeating them if possible. If I do get them done, would it matter much if I start my Tirz this week and get the labs done a few weeks later, or should the labs be...

    Bloodwork before Tirzepatide?

For those of you using Tirz, is it through a prescription or are you sourcing it independently? I'm going the independent route and I'm hesitant to discuss it with my regular doctor.

    Bloodwork before Tirzepatide?

Thinking of jumping on Tirz soon. Should I get some basic bloodwork done beforehand? And if so, what specifically should I be asking for?

    Down 5 sizes - woohoo!

Fantastic work. I'm curious, have you had any issues with people commenting on your weight loss? Like, negative comments or concerns?

    Reta kinda working? Still unsure...

I'm seeing more and more folks saying Reta is the real deal. Less side effects, better fat loss. Has anyone checked out the Chinese suppliers? I'm considering ordering some for myself.

    Reta kinda working? Still unsure...

I find the different reactions people have to GLPs fascinating. Sema did almost nothing for my appetite, but Reta shut it down completely within 6 hours of my first 1 mg dose. I have to force myself to eat, can't eat much, and I have zero interest in alcohol. It's a total 180 for me.
