Sema working even with a good diet?

Staying hydrated and getting enough fiber really helps. Just gotta actually do it on the days you're not in the mood.

Sema works through appetite signaling, not diet quality - someone already eating well still gets the satiety effect, but the rate may be slower with less room to improve.

Point-two-five and point-five great for starting but hunger came back later. Don't fear bumping. Get enough protein too, helps. Congrats, what made you increase?

This carb thing fascinates me. I'm naturally carnivore and loved the low-carb trend. But all these GLP posts talk about needing more carbs, which contradicts 20 years of diet advice. Carbs put weight on me just looking at them. Then I read the Surmount studies recommend 50% carbs. Confusing. Might do one week at higher carbs and see.

Sema works on appetite regardless of diet quality - intake still drops, scale still moves. Walking is enough for the medication to function.

Sema works through appetite suppression and satiety signaling, not just correcting for a poor diet. People with already-healthy diets see weight loss on it because the mechanism acts directly on intake regulation and gastric emptying. The injectable debate is separate from this efficacy question.

Heavy resistance work plus adequate protein shifts the composition outcome - the medication handles intake, lifting handles what you keep.
