    PT-141: Nausea and other sides?

    100 units on an insulin syringe = 1cc. I use a 3/10cc syringe. 10mg of PT-141 in 1cc of bac-water. 1/10cc = 1 mg, so 10 units. So if you're using a 6/10cc syringe, it's the same (10mg in 1cc). 10 units = 1mg...20 units = 2mg. It's about *how much PT-141* was dissolved into *how much water* -...

    PT-141: Nausea and other sides?

So, you have a 10mg vial of PT-141, right? How much liquid is in it? 1cc? The liquid sets the ratio. If it's 1cc, then: 100 units on an insulin syringe = 1cc. 1mg is 10 units. 2mg is 20 units. Knowing liquid is key.

    PT-141: Nausea and other sides?

Up to 2.5 mg is fine for me – some flushing, but no nausea. 3 mg? Never again. I was throwing up all day. I mix the 10 mg vial with 1 ml of bac. water. So, 10 units on an insulin syringe = 1 mg (15 units = 1.5 mg, 20 units = 2 mg, and so on). The advice is good. Start at 1 mg. Work up to 1.5...

OUCH! Injecting near bellybutton - anyone else?

Yeah, changing the location made a huge difference! I wasn't sure about massaging for subq injections, because I know it's not usually recommended for IM, but I'll keep it in mind if the stinging comes back.

OUCH! Injecting near bellybutton - anyone else?

I did my first NAD+ in my upper thigh and my first GLOW yesterday in my lower stomach and man, oh man, they were both super spicy! Had a big welt at the NAD+ spot that disappeared about the same time as one at the Glow spot showed up. The Glow spot still stings and has a small bump. I did Glow...

    Half a stone gone!

I agree with NerdyFixed, slow and steady is the way to go! I've lost about 35 pounds over more than a year. I sometimes feel envious of the people who have huge losses right away, but any loss is a win!

    Dress size down! 🎉

I hit my goal too! Started about a year ago and I'm feeling great. Had to switch to a different peptide because the first one lost effectiveness, but it's still working. Keep it up, all!

Help with Sema Dosage - Am I Doing This Right?

I'm assuming you meant 0.2 mg, not 0.02 mg -- 0.02mg would be an extremely small sema dose. The amount of sema in the vial and the dosage you want are two different things. The tricky part is diluting the sema with bacteriostatic water, and deciding how much water to add. Once you have all...

    Finally broke 300!

For me, the biggest thing was the mental shift. I'm thinking more about what goes IN than anything else these days. It is kinda funny.
