    Peptides for RA Relief?

I don't have RA, but I have severe OA (end-stage in my ankles). Tirz has helped a lot with both inflammation and weight loss. When I was close to my goal weight, I was on a high Tirz dose (20 mg every 5 days). Now that I'm at my target, I added a small dose of another GLP-1, 2.5 mg every week. I...

Scale stuck? Check other progress markers!

I agree with Flex_Tale. My friend needed to go up to 1mg before it really started working for her. Don't lose hope yet!

Scale stuck? Check other progress markers!

Totally agree, Jules2006! So many people only look at the scale and freak out when they aren't losing, but they're actually building muscle. Happens all the time. Keep going!

    SYS Pharma Reta - sketch?

Yup, the CoA is meaningless. They could write whatever they want. If it's good reta, you still won't get as much appetite suppression as with tirz or sema.

You look INCREDIBLE! How did you keep your boobs? Mine are so sad now. I think half the 40lbs I lost was my boobs!

    Down 150! But summer's coming...

What else are you doing? I've been on Ozempic for 6 months and only lost 14 pounds. It's like I'm stuck on the same 5 pounds, up and down. My insurance covers Ozempic, maybe another one. I'm on Medicaid, any tips would be awesome! Also, I feel so down, just want to stay in bed all day.
