Peptides for RA Relief?

Hoping this is the right place to ask. My wife and I started on Tirz in early spring '24. She's down about 75 lbs and is at a great weight, now on a maintenance dose. One unexpected benefit was the relief she got from her rheumatoid arthritis. She was almost symptom-free most days. Lately, it seems like her body is getting used to the medication. The food noise is back, and so is the RA pain. We don't want to increase her Tirz dose any further, as she's already lost enough weight. But she really wants to find something else to help with the RA symptoms. I know there are other peptides with anti-inflammatory properties, but I'm not sure where to start looking for RA specifically. Any advice would be appreciated!

I don't have RA, so take my advice with a grain of salt. But based on my research, a KLOW blend (BPC, TB, GHK, and KPV) could be worth looking into. They all help with inflammation. I take it myself, and my joint issues have disappeared. Another peptide to research is VIP. I've seen people using it for RA. Again, I have no personal experience, but hopefully this narrows things down.

I recently restocked on KPV, TA1, BPC-157, and TB-500. I experienced some relief using KLOW, so maybe BPC/TB/KPV is what helped. I plan to try TA1 next to see how it goes.

I don't have RA, but I have severe OA (end-stage in my ankles). Tirz has helped a lot with both inflammation and weight loss. When I was close to my goal weight, I was on a high Tirz dose (20 mg every 5 days). Now that I'm at my target, I added a small dose of another GLP-1, 2.5 mg every week. I lowered my Tirz to 10mg weekly. My weight is stable, but the OA pain is back. I restarted my KLOW cycle yesterday after stopping for a month. Hopefully, it continues to work. I've always wanted to try that Cartalax peptide, but I haven't ordered it yet. There isn't much information about it here. It's hard to find, but I saw one place has it for $100.

Understanding which pro-inflammatory cytokines contribute to your specific type of arthritis (or any autoimmune issue) is essential for identifying potentially beneficial peptides (and supplements). Monoclonal antibodies (proteins) seem to be the most effective in many instances, but I haven’t found them easily available.

Hello, I have knee issues, especially in my right knee due to patellar chondromalacia. Over a decade ago, I had cartilage regeneration surgery. Even though the surgery was successful, I've had constant pain. Last September, I did my first cycle of GLOW (2 vials of 70mg, spread over 44 days), followed by a Cartalax cycle (40mg over 22 days). Did these cycles work? Absolutely! I still can't believe I can do weighted squats at the gym now, which was impossible before. Your arthritis might be different from my condition, but I suggest giving it a try.

I was just about to search for the name of the Khavinson peptide. I don't see them mentioned much here, but I'd like to hear about experiences with them. Cartalax is one I'm thinking might help me.

Yes, there are very few references to those bioregulators in the forum, and they're difficult to find on the vendor lists. I think the reason is the high demand for GLP1s. Most vendors probably prefer to focus on weight loss peptides right now. I hope that changes when the GLP1 market becomes saturated. I think they deserve the same interest as the other peptides.

I've been looking for info on those too. I think a reason they aren't more popular is the cost. Many of the protocols call for so many vials over a few weeks, it's financially out of reach. I only tried a couple vials of SS31, but I am wary of buying it without COAs. I couldn't afford the whole kit from that one place, so I don't even know if it worked.

One vendor has kits of sixteen synthetic bioregulators (with Janoshik tests) for $150 each. Their current deal is a sampler of 10 different ones for $180.

KLOW and TB500 as well any of the Cu peptides may light you up so go slow and low . It caused some significant inflammation for me. I suggest 5A1MQ , MOTs-C and cartalax.

How much Klow should I take? I take GHK-Cu 3mg, TB500 1mg, and BPC157 1mg separately. If I switch to Klow with the added KPV, what dosage should I use?

Not a peptide, but palmitoylethanolamide (PEA) is a great analgesic with a lot of human clinical trials showing it's effective for various types of pain. It also has anti-inflammatory properties. There aren't human studies for RA, but it helped mice with osteoarthritis. None of the peptides have human studies either. You can easily get it, but be careful buying it online, as some brands are sketchy. The pain relief gradually improves, getting better at 4 weeks and then again at 8 weeks, which is unusual. The studies didn't show any significant side effects, which is also unusual. Most supplements (and peptides) have weak evidence, but this one has solid evidence.
