Slow and steady wins the race?

Love seeing posts where progress just builds steady. That's the real goal. My own journey via Zappy Health has been gradual but I'm staying the course.

    Savings on Sema? Whoa.

That's interesting about the sermorelin. I'll have to look into that. Anyone have experience with it?

Anyone else feel the love here?

we honestly don't know. that's why so many of us are on klow - because we don't know if it helps or not but don't dare stop in case it's way worse without it. eventually everyone's got a freezer full and no clue if it's working cause we don't have a twin doing the same stuff without it.

    Kinda slow loss. Anyone else?

Yeah, I started in September and lost about the same as you, but my starting weight was heavier, so there's almost no visual difference. NSVs are rare. One shirt fits better. Exercise is a bit easier, but maybe because I'm not starving myself. It's discouraging, but I'm happy it's working at...

    Savings on Sema? Whoa.

Yeah, I'm already thinking about how I'll need to replace my pants soon. Good problem to have, though!

    Ugh, The Constipation Struggle

I have to take two extra-strength Ex-Lax pills to go. But to be fair, I was only pooping twice a week even before starting this medication.

    Kinda slow loss. Anyone else?

I'm steady at 0.5 - 0.8kg a week. As long as it's still going down and not up, I'm happy. Was hoping for 1kg a week, though. Starting month 3 today at 7.5mg. Hoping 7.5 is my sweet spot.

    Ugh, The Constipation Struggle

    Miralax is my go-to.

    Savings on Sema? Whoa.

I was curious and decided to check how much I was dishing out on food and eating out before and after starting on Ozempic back in June of '24. I knew I was spending less, but the actual numbers surprised me. I can't believe how much I was mindlessly spending on everything before. This is just...

    SLU-PP-332 reconstitution woes!

If you are unsure, then capsules are the way to go. I can't stress that enough. Less fuss.

Sema making my OCD worse? Anyone else?

Definitely talk to your primary care physician and your psychiatrist about this.

    Pen tricks: worth it?

I tried splitting my dose when weight loss stopped. Didn't do anything for me. I was just hungry all the time instead of only being hungry the last couple days before my next shot.

    Stacking peps in one vial?

Lee_32 Easiest way is to add water equal to the drug amount. So for a 5mg vial, use 5mL of BAC water. That's what I always do.

    Pen tricks: worth it?

The packaging might be different in different areas. My 1mg pen only has 4 doses. I didn't even know they packaged it with 8 needles. The most I've ever seen was the starter pack with only 6.

    Stacking peps in one vial?

I personally wouldn't risk that. Peptides have different amino acid sequences with various charges. Mixing them all together might cause clumping and misfolding, which could degrade the peptides. GLOW was created to have a synergistic effect. Adding Semax and Selank to GLOW might mess with the...

Sharing GLP-1 use: yay or nay?

Yeah, I can't drink as much as I used to. Two beers and I'm done. It's kinda nice, saves me money.

    Two Years, A New Me!

Give it time. Few years and the new ones might have features we will be dying to check out.

Sharing GLP-1 use: yay or nay?

I'm an open book! I don't care anymore. It's changed my life, and if sharing my story helps one person, it's worth it. People will whine about anything. Who cares? Those same people would complain even if you won a million bucks. I let them yap and ignore it.
