Hang in there, it gets better!

Thanks for the followup. This is what folks worried about and glad you're okay. Passing out and low blood sugar show how intense fast drops can be. Hope no organ stress happened. Sounds like you learned from round one. Restarting slower with better food will make it safer. Best on the next chapter.

Sema Journey - Down 75, Still Going!

Saw someone post a face comparison on another site and even their cat looked like it lost weight in the 'after' photo LOL. Maybe it's the angle, or maybe the cat is just happier now that their owner is healthier!

GLP-1s and mourning your old self?

Keep taking photos! It's hard to see the changes, even when they are drastic, since they're gradual over time and you see yourself every day. Weight loss is geometry, like someone said! Big difference!

GLP-1s and mourning your old self?

I'm incredibly happy for you. It's heartbreaking to hear how hard you worked for so long with so little success, but it’s great you’ve finally found relief from that constant thinking about food. You aren't 'taking the easy way out'—you’re finally on a level playing field where your hard work...

GLP-1s and mourning your old self?

I'm right there with you. I'm almost 70, and I've been fighting food obsession for longer than you've been alive . I am so grateful for Ozempic! It feels like a modern medical marvel.

    Diet sodas mess up fasting?

Besides the obvious (gym and good food), what tools are you guys using for weight loss? I use: 1. Food Scale - I prep meals every week. 2. Meal Prep App - Saves recipes, plans meals, counts calories. 3. Mirror pics - To track progress.

    Retatrutide: Ozempic 2.0?

I'm starting my first dose of Retatrutide today (2.5mg). Let's see how this goes. So far, no side effects. Regular workout, did my errands, and no change in hunger. I'm in my 50s, 6'1", and 250lbs. I've been on TRT for a couple of years now. I bought it from a pricier vendor, but I'll...

    Retatrutide: Ozempic 2.0?

Nice! I've got 10 shares, and I'm up over $3k! Almost enough to cover my peptides! It dipped a bit today, so I could sell half. But I think it'll keep climbing.

    Retatrutide: Ozempic 2.0?

Yeah, it's weird that they barely talk about reta, and focus on the pill version instead.

Anyone else feeling like they waste food now?

Girl, I jumped from 7 to 10 on tirzepatide way too fast and started klow and birth control all at the same time. Honestly felt like I got hit by a truck. Glad you're bouncing back though, that's awesome!

Good to order from these Tirz suppliers?

I bumped Tirz by small increments. If I jumped too much I'd feel knocked out. The fatigue faded after a couple months, then I was good for over a year. Methylated B12 helped a ton with energy.

Ozempic: Weight came back. Now what?

Had the same thing happen to me with another procedure. Worked great initially, got back about a fifth of the weight I'd lost. Kept it off for maybe a year before everything returned plus some extra pounds. It's really frustrating when that happens.
