Good to order from these Tirz suppliers?

Those names are new to me.

I'd recommend searching within this community for vendors that others have used. Just type "site:another forum" plus your search terms into Google. Pay attention to cost, posted lab results, delivery speed, payment methods etc. It's good to read about others' experiences before deciding. Vendor lab reports are a starting point, but aren't a guarantee of what you'll actually receive.

One of those companies sent my friends and I a bunch of something else instead of what we ordered (cagrilintide), and what we got tested way low on purity (like, 90% instead of 99%). They said they'd send a replacement, but then just stopped responding. I'd be careful.

Before buying anything, you really need to do a LOT of reading on this and other boards, and use the search function. That way you'll know more about sourcing … and you won't ask questions that have already been answered many times.

I agree with @ZepboundZen, sticking with known vendors is a safer bet. I'd also make sure they use reputable compounding pharmacies, you'll probably pay more but it's worth the peace of mind.

Has anyone had luck with online-only places? I'm trying to get some peptides for my growth hormone issues, and the prices vary a LOT. I saw one site with crazy-low prices, but no reviews anywhere. Seems sus.

Getting medical advice and medications online can be risky. I always recommend seeing a doctor in person if possible. If you feel like something is 'sus,' it probably is. Definitely do your research!

I've used a couple places that seem okay. One is called PeptideSciences, and the other is Nootropic Source. My lab rat seemed to respond okay to stuff from both those suppliers. I had to get my own bacteriostatic water though. They only include it if you spend a ton of money.

I'm curious about other online peptide suppliers too! I used one that had a crazy deal once - buy two get one free, plus 40% off. It arrived super fast, but then I got awful stomach cramps and stopped taking it. Could have been a coincidence though!

Do you remember the name of the company?

I've heard lots of stories about adding sema when appetite returns, but would be curious whether it breaks plateau. Increased from 10mg to 12mg tirzepatide three months back. Just 13 pounds to go but each one's a fight. Averaging 1-2 monthly and barely eating. Let us know if you test this approach!

I bumped Tirz by small increments. If I jumped too much I'd feel knocked out. The fatigue faded after a couple months, then I was good for over a year. Methylated B12 helped a ton with energy.
