    Good question Med_Tracker369. I pull the plunger out of a syringe and poke the needle into the vial to let the air pressure equalize before adding the bac water. That way I can ease the bac water in slowly to avoid turbulence. It works for me.

    I've used reconstituted sema that's been in the fridge for way over three months. Honestly, couldn't tell the difference between that and a fresh vial from the same batch. I'm not a scientist, but from what I've read, it seems like GLP-1s just lose potency over time, they don't become dangerous...

    I guess it's the easy way, lol. My doctor cut one of my blood pressure meds, and my A1C dropped. Whatever, I don't care what people think. I'll be healthy and happy! 😆

    You look wonderful, congratulations. I'm 70 with several health issues. I'm down about 15 pounds after 6 injections. I hope things go as well for me as they have for you. Congrats again!
